Delivery Charge

FREE DELIVERY island wide!
We do not charge any handling fees, so there are no other hidden costs involved when purchasing from us.

Please ensure delivery address details are entered correctly, once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse we are not responsible for incorrect address delivery. Incorrect or insufficient delivery address will incur a re-delivery fee.

Area We Do Not Cover

We do not deliver to restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area). Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island).

We do not deliver to off island areas e.g Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island and overseas deliveries.

Shipping methods

Our dispatch team will choose a suitable, reliable and fastest delivery method to cater for your location. All orders will be delivered by either Singpost or a courier service (Roadbull or NinjaVan). This will be decided by the dispatch team accordingly. Should you have specific delivery instructions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery estimate

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method used and the delivery address you have provided. As a general guide, once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse location, deliveries will take 2 to 3 working days.

Return Policy

Incorrectly purchased items or return of unwanted items

You must first email our customer service team regarding the items you wish to return (with photo of item) and we will need to determine whether items are still acceptable for return matching to the criteria below;

Item/s must be unopened, undamaged, unmarked and maintained in the original condition/ original packaging in which it is still at a re-sellable state. There is no exception to this
Item/s to be returned must have valid invoice record, items must be originally purchased from InkTonerCartridge
Item/s must be within 1 weeks of purchase from invoice date, we do not accept any items returned beyond this specified period.

All items returned back to InkTonerCartridge due to the reason of incorrect purchase or unwanted items will incur a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the value of the total approved return. The remaining balance after fee deduction will be issued as a store credit.

Faulty items

Please take note: For faulty toner/ink cartridges, customers have to return unit to respective customer service centre.
