Welcome to Ink Toner Cartridge website. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and simple as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Product Warranty
    •    All products sold is Original and come with warranty by the brand owners.
ie. “Samsung/Canon/Brother/Fuji Xerox/OKI/HP” hereafter named as “VENDORS” for the rest of this “Terms & Condition”.
    •    All warranties will be provided by the respective “VENDORS”.
 
Pricing Structure
    •    All prices stated in the website are nett prices inclusive of any prevailing government tax.
    •    Discounts will only be given during promotional period if any.
    •    All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
 
Delivery
    •    Deliveries are to be made within SINGAPORE ONLY.
    •    All purchases can be collected at our office or deliver by our proffesional delivery team .

Cancelling of Orders & Limitations on Quantity
    •    Cancellation is only allowed if payment has not been made. Please contact us via phone or email if you wish to cancel your order(s).
    •    No Cancellation is allowed once payment for your purchase has been made.
    •    We reserves the right to cancel any order(s) in event of an item is out of stock for any reasons. If payment has been made, a refund for that item will be reimbursed back to the buyer.
    •    In case of cancellation, it maybe due to limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies errors in product or pricing information.

Confirmation of Orders
    •    An electronic acknowledgement will be sent to you once you have made an order confirmation.
    •    You will received an E-Invoice immediately after you submit an order.
    •    We will do our best to ensure that all items listed are in stock. However should any item run out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you a call to inform you of the stock status and estimated time of arrival for your orders.

    •    Store credit is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible.
    •    Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
